I started training with Brandon on May 10th,2017 after I had gained about 24 pounds my Freshman year of college and was 54% body fat. After 3 months when I moved back into college (August,2017) I’m happy to say I lost those 24 pounds and am now only 23% body fat. I’ve not only lost the weight but I regained the confidence I had lost thanks to Brandon. "I am a 26 year old who has been attending the gym since I was 14 years old. I always considered myself an athlete, and have done my best to stay in shape. As of recent years I noticed I was hitting an impasse. I would work out harder and longer but my muscles and body type were staying the same. On a lucky day in 2016 I met Brandon at a 24 hour fitness in Orange. He explained to me what he did, and I was quite intrigued. After a 2 weeks of following his Work Out Plan, I began to notice muscle increase, and most importantly, fat loss. The issue was my lack of nutritional information and poor discipline to manage my carbohydrate intake. I did not realize how important high or low carb days were, for specific work out dates. I encourage both new members to the gym, and long term gym addicts, to take a look into Brandon's advise and consultation. My lifestyle has slowly begun to change with the help of Brandon. All of the food and exercise goals he has made for me are not only doable short term, but long term as well. I have learned to implement the workouts he has taught me, and incorporate them into my everyday gym routine. I learned so much about exercise form and technique working with Brandon. Workouts were always varied, but Brandon was great about incorporating specific areas I wanted to focus on. He always took the time to walk me through each new exercise explaining the movement, demonstrating the correct form, and muscles I should be feeling as we were working out. With his guidance, I feel comfortable weight training and am confident I am toning correctly!

It is easy to know when you are uncomfortable with your body. You don’t like how you look in your clothes, mirrors aren’t your friend, and food becomes the enemy.
Knowing the right solution isn’t as easy, however. I am aware of the famous sayings that is pushed out into the world by “diet pill companies” or anyone trying to make a quick buck. But, what those companies lack is the foundation of the issue.
Brandon truly provided me with the tools and skill sets to understand my body. He doesn’t give you the answers and you follow along. He teaches you how to understand your body and implement what works best. This builds a foundation for yourself to continue and be successful. You aren’t relying on anyone but yourself!
I am no longer afraid of the mirror and food is not the enemy. It’s actually the most important component to weight loss/healthy life-style.

My goal is to reach a healthy weight. I had been stuck at a weight which I wasn't happy with. I needed to stay on track, so I sign up and worked out with Brandon's guidance. I learn to be more aware of my food intake, 80/20 (80% of food intake to be healthy and 20% treats). Honestly it took me several weeks to reach 80/20, and I make this my goal everyday. I was able to tone up and I feel great. Family noticed the difference when I posted a 'then-now' picture. They said they didn't recognice me at first, honestly this felt great. I see this as a healthy life style which helps me stay focus day by day. Thank you Brandon!
